January 2010 will mark the tenth year that VIP Dream Smiles (formally VIP Tooth Care Center) and Dr. Clive C. Ingram and his sons Dr. Shad and Dr. Rick have been serving the community in Syracuse, Utah by providing hi-tech and hi-caring dentistry.
