To celebrate our ten years of continued success in Syracuse we have designed a program where we can offer free dental care for needy families.  We are asking that everyone who knows of a needy family that can benefit from receiving free dental care to e-mail us at vipdreamsmiles@gmail.com or send a letter to VIP Dream Smiles, 780 South 2000 West, Syracuse, Utah 84075, Attention: "NEEDY FAMILIES", with the names of those whom you feel are deserving of free dental care along with the reasons why you feel they deserve to receive it.  Be sure to include your contact information.   Each month during 2010 we will select several families or individuals to receive free dental care.  If the family you nominate is selected to participate you will receive an appreciation gift certificateof our choosing from a list on our web site, (select the tab:  VIP Patient Appreciation Program for examples).  You may nominate as many needy families as you wish.   Dental care may consist of:  Fillings, Sealants, Dental Cleanings, X-rays, Dental Exams, Fluoride Treatments and Simple Extractions.  Nominees selected will receive a complimentary dental health screening evaluation prior to being chosen for our free dental care program for needy families.   Thanks to all of our wonderful and caring patients we anticipate 2010 to be our best year ever!
